We are bringing together our Perth-based leaders for an interactive discussion on how we can better support one another, share expertise and create value across the Norwegian-Australian business community.

Leadership is a recurring theme within our network. Norwegian companies are internationally recognised for their collaborative leadership cultures, high levels of trust and employee empowerment – qualities that also make them attractive employers. We would like to explore how we can share some of this experience and knowledge with our wider network.

Joining the discussion is Mats Kristensen from Front Leadership, a leadership expert and NACC member. Mats will share some of his practical leadership insights and “recipes”, followed by an open discussion where we invite participants to contribute their own experiences and perspectives.

We will conclude with a look at some of the leadership initiatives NACC is planning for 2027 and discuss how our Perth network can be involved.

This is intended to be an interactive conversation rather than a webinar – an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and help shape what we do next.

One of our new members is Mats Kristensen who resides in Norway and recently visited Australia. Mats is responsible for designing the newly released and highly successful leadership academy at Dagens Naeringsliv: DN Akademi. He has also co-written the book Leader Recipes / Leder Oppskrifter written in collaboration between Norways most prominent leadership experts including TV2 Presenter Hedda Kise. It includes recipes from 16 well known Norwegian personalities such as previous PM Erna Solberg, NHO Director Ole Erik Amlid, and Telenor CEO Benedicte Fasmer.
