Dear friends and colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to join us for a Norwegian inspired Christmas celebration, Yulebord, at the Marble Room, Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney on Thursday December 5th.

Let’s come together to make this a great event, strengthening our Norwegian Australian networks. Bring friends and colleagues along and book a table for a night of traditional Norwegian delicacies gløgg (mulled wine), pinnekjøtt (lamb ribs) and aquavit (spirits) to name a few from this seated dinner event. All drinks included!

Pinnekjøtt

Pinnekjøtt, dry cured lamb.

PINNEKJØTT [ˈpinːəˌçøt]

So what exactly is pinnekjøtt? – This ‘stick meat’ is mutton or lamb, prepared using centuries old dry cured, and sometimes also smoked, food preservation techniques. Twigs of the birch tree is added for flavour. Served with Norwegian Aquavit. This food is not available at any other restaurant in Australia!

Bring a gift to give away as part of the Christmas raffle. You get two stage mentions and an opportunity to add your swag in the bag.

Add your swag in the bag: flyers, pens, pins, stickers, key-rings, you name it! The chamber can get items made for you if you book early.

PCK 3: Entertainment $500-$3000

Place your company banner in the welcome hall, add brochures + swag in the bag. Show your company video at the event, and/or speak.

Entry Ticket Gift

Gift someone from our community a ticket that the chamber can sell for a heavily reduced price. You pay $125 per ticket and they pay $45. Or, you cover the entire ticket and we post it as a price. 

There are many members of our community who cannot afford this dinner and we can’t reduce the prices when we have specially made Norwegian food, so we though a great sponsorship would be to invite certain people to join us for a reduced price. We can gift some tickets to the seaman’s Church and some out in social media. These tickets are not for fully employed professionals looking for a cheap deal but for families, the elderly, and those less fortunate.
