Norwegian companies are playing an increasingly visible role across some of Australia's most important areas of investment and industrial development — from advanced manufacturing and energy transition to circular economy solutions, infrastructure and global transport.
The Royal Norwegian Embassy and the Norwegian Australian Chamber of Commerce invite you to an evening bringing together Norwegian companies, Team Norway partners, Australian decision-makers and the wider business community.
At the centre of the evening will be an executive conversation with leaders from Kongsberg Defence, Yara Australia, TOMRA, DNV and Wallenius Wilhelmsen, sharing their Australian journeys and giving us an insight into some of the projects, investments and opportunities they are working on right now.
Across very different industries, these companies share an interesting story: taking Norwegian technology, expertise and business models into the Australian market, while increasingly building local capability, partnerships and opportunities.
Through a fast-paced panel conversation, we will explore what they are building and developing in Australia, where they see the greatest opportunities ahead, and what they have learned from operating in the Australian market.
The formal program will be followed by a networking reception, providing an opportunity to continue the conversation and build connections across business, industry, government and the Norwegian-Australian community.
